Forever In The Sky

I drift through clouds and golden light,

a tiny glow in the depths of night.

Though you can’t see where I now sleep,

I feel you near – our love runs deep.

I see your tears, your gentle care,

I feel your love; it finds me there.

Each wish you whisper, each lullaby,

I catch them all as they float up high.

The moon still shines, the stars still gleam,

I visit you softly within each dream.

No darkness lingers, no need to cry,

for love like ours will never die.

And when you gaze at the evening blue,

know every light belongs to you.

For though I rest where angels fly,

I’m yours — forever in the sky
